Se a segurança do servidor for comprometida, o titular da conta será responsável por todas as violações dos Termos de Serviço da Bright Hosting (os "Termos de Serviço") e desta Política de Uso Aceitável (esta "PUA"), incluindo SPAM, e todas as taxas de desconexão e reconexão associadas a essas violações.

O objetivo principal da Bright Hosting é fornecer aos nossos clientes os recursos necessários para colocar seus serviços de internet on-line de forma confiável em um ambiente de alta disponibilidade e extremamente rápido que responda rapidamente às necessidades individuais de cada cliente.
O cliente é o único responsável pela segurança individual do servidor. A Bright Hosting se isenta de qualquer responsabilidade pelo conteúdo do servidor.
All clients are allowed access to the public and private network; however, misuse of the network in any way, including interference, will result in a violation of this AUP. All violations of this AUP shall be subject to review by Bright Hosting, and an appropriate course of action shall be taken as determined by Bright Hosting in its sole discretion. Proper use of public network must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Clients assume full liability for all content which they place on the server. Content displaying or transferring acts of copulation or exposed genitalia is prohibited, regardless of context. Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting is deemed a violation of this AUP.
Qualquer tipo de sabotagem, independentemente da intenção, será motivo para o encerramento da conta. Isso inclui, entre outros, o abuso do sistema de reinicialização remota, utilizando-o várias vezes em um período muito curto por motivos indevidos.
Os clientes são obrigados a manter toda a segurança em seus servidores. Quaisquer custos adicionais incorridos devido à falta de monitoramento ou segurança do cliente são de responsabilidade do cliente.
Bright Hosting does not actively monitor the content on its servers. Dedicated server content will only be reviewed upon complaint. Content that does not violate local, state and federal law or this AUP or the Terms of Service is deemed in compliance and shall remain intact. If content is deemed to be in violation of this AUP or the Terms of Service, it shall be reviewed by Bright Hosting, and a course of action shall be taken to correct the problem, which may result in termination of the account or service.
If any client or any third-party user that is a customer of our client uses Bright Hosting services, network, or its physical infrastructure in a manner that causes Bright Hosting, or any IP addresses issued by Bright Hosting to be “blacklisted” or “blocked”, Bright Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services of such client and/or suspend or terminate the access to services, network, and/or its physical infrastructure. Operating Bright Hosting service on behalf of, or in connection with or reselling any service to persons or firms listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations database at www.spamhaus.org shall constitute a violation of this AUP.
All IPs addresses issued by Bright Hosting are the sole property of Bright Hosting. Clients retain no ownership rights to any IP addresses issued by Bright Hosting. Clients may not transfer IPs from Bright Hosting. Any client purchasing over 16 IP addressed in addition to their server may be required to submit ARIN justification forms as well as submit to additional terms depending on the number of IP addresses desired. IRC Usage shall be allowed unless such usage is abused or creates or enhances any type of problem(s) with Bright Hosting’s services or network. It is also deemed a violation of this AUP if it is determined that IRC is the cause or root of a service interruption to other users. Clients may not operate and maintain IRC servers which connect to global IRC networks such as Undernet, EFnet and DALnet. Use of IRC plug-ins, scripts, add-ons, clones or other software designed to disrupt or deny service to other users is prohibited. If a client’s IRC servers are frequently compromised or attract denial of service or distributed denial of service attacks that disrupt or deny service to other clients or users, then Bright Hosting may null-route, filter, suspend, or terminate that client’s service. Bright Hosting allows the use of both Peer to Peer as well as Bit Torrent, but we do not permit the transfer of illegal content.
A Bright Hosting poderá ser obrigada por lei a fornecer informações do cliente a autoridades policiais, mediante intimação válida de um tribunal com jurisdição competente. Nesse caso, as informações solicitadas serão divulgadas conforme as instruções da intimação. A segurança e a privacidade de qualquer cliente somente serão comprometidas por ordem judicial de intimação. A Bright Hosting notificará o cliente sobre a solicitação de informações, conforme permitido pela intimação.
Qualquer Reclamação de Violação desta AUP apresentada por terceiros deve incluir o nome e as informações de contato da parte reclamante, o endereço IP de origem da suposta reclamação e uma descrição da violação. Esta AUP aplica-se a todos os usuários dos servidores fornecidos pela Bright Hosting, incluindo, entre outros, os clientes e outros usuários dos nossos clientes.
A Bright Hosting reserva-se o direito, a seu exclusivo critério, de recusar novos serviços a qualquer indivíduo, grupo ou empresa. A Bright Hosting também se reserva o direito de descontinuar o serviço para qualquer cliente, por qualquer motivo ou sem motivo, a qualquer momento, incluindo, entre outros, por violação deste AUP.
